Office - Buildings designed for general commercial occupancy and are normally subdivided into smaller units.Office use implies a general business use that does not include retail, manufacturing or warehouse type operations.
Retail - Buildings are designed for retail sales and display, includes stand-alone buildings as well as strip shopping centers. Classification encompasses a wide variety of uses includingmarkets, convenience stores, big box retailers, barber shops, laundromats, etc.
Light Industrial - Characterized by a small size facility where no heavy manufacturing or specialized industrial process takes place. Minimal amount of office space. Absent from these properties is any type of heavy machinery, welding operations, cranes or hazardous materials.
Warehouse - Buildings designed primarily for storage purposes. Amount of office space included is usually commensurate with the quality of the building but is typically minimal. The design of the building usually includes a light frame with large open interior areas
Self-Storage - Facilities (mini-warehouses) are warehouses subdivided into individual units, generally small in size, designed mainly to be rented for private or noncommercial storage and may include some office-living space
Automotive Services - Includes everything from auto repair facilities to retail auto shops and part supply stores, but with no gasoline storage tanks on property. The building type and size may vary depending upon use.
